Assembly_one is a portable table lamp that introduces you to the physical construction behind the functions, removing the barrier between a product’s outside and inside. When you buy this lamp, you receive a set of carefully designed and selected components, which you assemble following a manual. The assembly process results in battery driven table lamp with adjustable brightness and color temperature, with a minimum of 11 hours of battery life. Simply put, Assembly_one is engineered to be beautiful through and through, just like your grandma.

The process of assembling the lamp is designed to be explorative and satisfying. By bending the plates with your hands and building the lamp component by component, you get to be in touch with what something truly is, rather than only what it does. This also allows for full repairability if something breaks, which makes it possible to keep using the lamp for as long as you want to.

The feature set of ASSEMBLY_ONE is selected to create value for all occasions. The two sliders allow for adjustment of both brightness and color temperature. White, bright light might assist you during a daytime activity, while a dimmed warm orange light helps setting the evening mood. However, like a mixing board, you are free to explore to find the perfect light for you. The head of the lamp is rotatable, allowing you to change the direction of the light.
